We provide airport transfer services between all our major and minor airports in Kenya, Uganda and the Northern Tourist Circuit of Tanzania.
If you arrive late or have to acquire a visa, our driver will wait for you with a pager reading your name. All you need is to provide your flight details prior to your departure from your home destination to enable us prepare your transfer vehicle.
 All our driver safari guides are well- trained local experts with vast knowledge and experience in Game Drives, time keepers and management, defensive driving and first aid, wildlife and cultural traditions. We manage well big and small tour groups for the satisfaction of the clients for the future of our tomorrow.

Daily shuttle bus services operate between Nairobi and Arusha departing at 0800hrs and 1400hrs respectively.

TRAVEL TIPS: You are most welcome to Africa to do an adventure safari tour with us. Always there are several questions that linger in our minds before you go for a safari but you need a sense of humour and willingness to participate in a safari.
 ANNUAL MIGRATION: in each year around half a million wildebeest, accompanied by zebras and lions, migrate from Tanzania to Kenya’s Maasai Mara in search of green pastures to graze. Dates and paths vary dramatic crossings of the Mara River and animals moving in large numbers provide spectacular game viewing.
Weather:  The best time to visit Africa is December through February and is a great time to view the migration in Tanzania. In the month of June through October you will find large herds in Kenya.
Kenya and Tanzania experience short rains in March and long rains during April and May.

Security is still improving day by day. Your safety is our first priority. It is safe to travel on a safari. Our vehicles driver guide specialists ensure the safest animal viewing. The number of tour groups size in a mini-van range to six. There are rules and regulations to abide with while on safari.
Food:  food is cheap and satisfying and found in restaurants and hotels. However, food on a safari is expertly prepared by chefs at lodges. Any dietary requirements can easily be arranged.
Water   is safe to drink. Bottled water is provided by Animal Passion Tours and Safaris during the game drives. You can also purchase bottled water from restaurants and lodges or as you do shopping in supermarket before the safari begins.
Accommodation: Nairobi City Centre 3*, 4* etc. There are many hotels of high class where you can be accommodated e.g. Hilton hotel, Intercontinental hotel, Serena, Norfolk, Laico Regency, Silver Springs Hotel, Meridian Court Hotel, Panafric hotel and Sentrim Hotels among others. For overnight budget travelers Kenya comfort, Kipepeo are best suited for safari i.e. you can also connect Tanzania shuttle easily. Mara Sopa Lodge, Manyatta Tented camp and Mara Sidai camp at Masai Mara and others are also used by many enthusiastic travelers in the park on full board basis. You can also taste meal dishes at Carnivore on way bound flight home.
Travel Package:  We at Animal Passion Tours and Safaris will help you to work within your budget. We have budgeted camping safaris, lodge safaris, Tailor-made safaris mountain climbers and trekkers and tour expeditions.
Park Fees:  Maasai Mara Game Reserve park entry fees are applicable for adults and for children you need to consult  us first. There are many lodges and tented camps where you can be accommodated. The accommodation rates vary respectively. The game parks and game reserves managed by KWS (Kenya Wildlife Service) park fees vary. It has the best campsites, Bandas and Guest houses for self- catering services. There are also many excellent lodges and tented camps at Samburu Game Reserve, Amboseli National Park, Lake Nakuru National Park, Tsavo West and Tsavo East National Parks among others.
Entry to Tsavo National PARK is by Smart Card which is obtained at KWS Headquarters Nairobi. They do not accept cash.
Mombasa beaches activities are: scuva diving, snorkeling and sand bathing: Enjoy marine park life. Accommodation at magnificent hotels e.g. Diani  beach, Whitesands, Indian Beach hotel, Jacaranda Hotel,  Kazikazi, Voyager Beach Resort ,Mombasa Continental Resort, villas, Cottages and lodging among others. Do not forget to pay a visit to Shimba Hills Lodge and Sheldrick Falls on nature walking guided safari.
Payment for trip: You can pay for your trip by using major credit cards subject to consultation. Extras and personal expenses can be paid for with visa, cash, and MasterCard or travelers cheque.
Tour Exclusive of: fees for obtaining passport, visas, immunizations, airfare, excess baggage fees, trip protection coverage, international airport departures taxes, optional tours,  optional day rooms, any items of a personal nature such as laundry phone calls, drinks and beverages, room service, tips , internet service, excess mileages or any other items not listed.
Volunteer:  We are happily honored to inform you that we are associated with International Volunteer organizations/ NGO’s.  Once the volunteers have completed their voluntary work in East Africa basically Kenya  and Tanzania, we offer to them tour safari as an appreciation of thanks giving to the climax of their work time and generosity at affordable and friendly rates.  You can also consult and contact us for you to volunteer in children’s home or any other field you want to offer in voluntary service.
Clothing on a safari:  Dress up in comfortable clothes, walking shoes, hat, sun glasses for sun protection, long pants, sweaters, rain jacket, jeans or khaki, shorts and T-shirts are fine for safaris along the beaches.
Accessories: Binoculars and good cameras are essential for you to carry. Bring extra film/ memory cards, torch, mosquito repellants and the required adaptors to charge batteries.
Children on a safari:  Most families enjoy safaris when accompanied by their children. Safari lodges offer special rates and discounts accordingly.
Language:  official languages spoken are English and Kiswahili.
Culture and art:  traditional arts, souvenirs, carvings, western and traditional music.
Religion:  main two religions: Christianity and Islam.
 Health care:  A well established health care system is found in Kenya. Be in good health. The Flying Doctors Service is also available for consultation.
